Apple TV?! To be or not to be?

Each time Apple has managed to amaze us with their forward thinking and innovative simplistic designs. Most of us, if not all, have read about their 3d glasses patent that they filed back in Dec, 2010. And some experts think the much awaited HGTV or even a 3D TV is just around the corner (maybe a whole business year or so :/). Being an Apple fanboy I have a list of "expectations" from it, I am sure everyone everyone who even slightly lusts over Apple has them too. I would love to hear your opinions, thoughts,  and wish lists for the much awaited gadget.
